Since 2011, Richmond Landscapes has been serving the Richmond, VA community. Over the years, Richmond Landscapes has built a name for itself as a reliable company that delivers high-quality work with unparalleled attention to detail.

Now, Richmond Landscapes has taken the next step in its journey.

At the beginning of 2025, Wade Pierson, the founder, moved to Boise, ID for its favorable business climate and lower costs of living. Rather than establishing a new company from scratch, Wade opted to bring his crew of experts along to join Boise Landscaping Company.

Wade now holds a directorial position at Boise Landscaping Company. Together with Gavin, they aim to further establish Boise Landscaping Company firmly as the number one landscaping company in Boise and beyond.

History of Richmond Landscapes

A lover of nature and plants since young, Wade always cared deeply for the environment and loved everything green. While he didn't always know he would go into landscaping growing up, as he grew older, he started thinking about how he could do his part for the environment while doing what he loved.

Eventually, as the years went by, the idea of becoming a professional landscaper slowly solidified itself in his mind. He realized he could get paid to do what he loved while turning other people's spaces green and making them more friendly to the environment.

In 2013, Wade started off as a one-man crew, taking on landscaping jobs where they were available. Two years into his journey, Richmond Landscapes started to get a steady flow of jobs coming in through word of mouth. From there, Wade has slowly grown his team into today's tight-knit crew of 11 people.

Since its founding, Richmond Landscapes has been guided by the principles of customer-centricity and authenticity. We always put our customers first, prioritizing their needs, budget, and satisfaction.

Future Plans

Moving forward, Richmond Landscapes is glad to be part of a company that shares its values and will continue to serve the people and support the environment, one home at a time.
