With a focus on creating exceptional spaces, Jay Herring, our founder, holds his employees to the highest standards of excellence and monitors projects very closely to ensure every job is up to par. This is what's behind our track record of excellence.

Now, we're bringing our highly-trained project managers and workers, our refined processes, and our culture to Boise Landscaping Company to work with Gavin's crew to bring it to greater heights. Specifically, Jay will be heading the Meridian landscaping department and handling all Meridian jobs, and will be helping to establish Boise Landscaping Company in Meridian.

History of Albuquerque Landscapes

Like Gavin, Jay pursued a degree in Landscape Architecture and worked for another landscaping company for three years before venturing out to start his own.

By bringing his best to every job and aiming to do every job better than the last, Jay built Albuquerque Landscapes from the ground up to what it is today–a household name synonymous with quality in the Albuquerque Metro.

Having studied the same course, Jay Herring and Gavin have known each other since college and have remained close friends over the years.

A few months ago, Gavin reached out to Jay with an invitation to collaborate and expand Boise Landscaping Company.

Seeing an opportunity to collaborate with a like-minded individual and close friend to reach new heights, Jay took a leap of faith and brought his unwavering commitment to excellence and passion for bettering outdoor spaces to Boise.

Today, Jay manages all Meridian jobs and will be establishing Boise Landscaping Company in Meridian the same way he established Albuquerque Landscapes in the Albuquerque Metro–through consistent dedication to excellence.

Future Plans

Jay believes that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and he can learn much from Gavin, and has much to share with Gavin too.

Together with Gavin, Jay hopes to create something greater than Albuquerque Landscapes and Boise Landscaping Company were, and maybe even reach the Albuquerque Metro someday.
